Return and refund

At Gisym, we offer a 14-day return policy, also known as the right of withdrawal, which allows you to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. You may also cancel your order before the product is delivered. However, if your order has already been transferred to our carrier, you will need to collect the package first before returning it to us.

 

How to Make a Return

You can contact us via email or post to request a return. If you wish to return your order via email, please contact us at return@gisym.com. To ensure a smooth return process, please include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The email address you used when placing the order
  • The product name (if you ordered more than one)
  • The reason for the return (optional, but your feedback helps us improve.)

Once we receive your return request, we will get back to you within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. Please print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest service point.

 

Refunds and Shipping Fees

If you have already paid for the product, a full refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days.

Please note the following:

  • Return Shipping Fees: If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Gisym will cover the return shipping fee. However, if you are returning the product for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Condition of Returned Items: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product is not in good condition.

Refunds are not available for custom-made products or items that have been specially tailored to your needs.
