Gisym mainly ships products within Sweden. If you are located outside Sweden, we may make an exception. However, please note that you will be responsible for all delivery costs.

Shipping information

• PostNord Varubrev First Class Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox within 1-3 business days. If the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, it will be placed outside your door or near your mailbox. 

If you would like to pick up your order at a service point, you can choose one of these options below.

• PostNord MyPack Home Small Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox within 1–3 business days. If the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, it will instead be forwarded to the nearest service point. We recommend this option if your order value does not exceed 450 SEK. 

These are the delivery options we recommend if your order has a value greater than 450 SEK. They will only appear at checkout if your order exceeds 450 SEK.

• PostNord MyPack Home You can choose a home delivery time with PostNord, and you do not have to be home to receive the parcel. You can also choose to pick up your order from a service point instead. The parcel will be delivered to you within 1–2 business days. 
• PostNord Registered Mail Domestic (Rek) your order will be delivered to the nearest service point within 1–2 business days. You will need an ID to pick up the parcel. 
• DHL Service Point Your order will be delivered to the nearest service point within 1–2 business days. 

**Why are these delivery options so expensive? This is because the carriers cover lost goods. A cheaper option, such as Varubrev First Class, is not covered by their insurance policy. PostNord MyPack Home Small is covered if the value of the goods does not exceed 450 SEK.**

 

After you complete a purchase, you will receive a tracking number via your email address. Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is dropped off at a service point. We normally send out your order the day after you complete your purchase.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays. You are responsible for any costs incurred if you fail to collect your order from the collection point on time.
