What does Gisym mean?

Gisym is "mysig" spelled backward. (Mysig means cozy in Swedish, in case you are wondering!) We originally wanted to use Mysig as our name, but someone else beat us to it.

Where are you located?

We are located in Stockholm, Sweden—the land of meatballs and potatoes. 🇸🇪 🥔 🍝

Why is the website in English?

För att vårt svenska är jättedålig. Okay, we are partly joking. Our Swedish is not perfect, and we also want to expand our brand globally someday.

We create our website in English, with some help from translation apps for other languages. If you prefer Swedish, you can switch the language using the options in the top-right and bottom-left corners of the page. The page will automatically translate from English to Swedish.

Product and Sustainability

How long does it take to produce your products?

It depends on the product. We aim to do everything ourselves, and since all products are handmade, it takes time to ensure they are neat and well-made.

How sustainable is Gisym?

We do our best to make Gisym a sustainable and eco-friendly company. It is not easy for a small business, but we aim to use recyclable materials, Swedish manufacturers, and suppliers within the EU to minimize our carbon footprint.

How can I tell which Gisym products are eco-friendly or vegan?

We include logos and detailed information on every product page. We also offer a filter on the product page so you can easily select eco-friendly or vegan options.

Order

How do I know that my order is on its way?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as we hand over your order to our carrier.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can! You have the right to cancel your order. However, if we have already handed your order over to our carrier, you will need to collect it at the designated pickup point and then send it back to us. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping fee. For more information, see our Return and Refund section.

What if I want to change my order?

You can contact us at order@gisym.com, and we will help you if you reach us before we have handed your order over to our carrier. Do not forget to include your name and order number in the email. Please note that customized orders cannot be changed.

I receive the wrong product. What should I do?

We are so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible at order@gisym.com, and we will fix it for you right away.

How do I return my order?
